TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

I. GENERAL TERMS

  • Please be respectful when asking for a commission.

  • References are not obligatory but highly appreciated.

  • Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.

  • Do NOT edit, modify, redraw nor trace any of my art.

II. PAYMENT

  • All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.

  • The currency accepted is USD.

  • Payment can be made through PayPal and Ko-fi.

  • I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

III. PROCESS

  • My process is: sketch, lineart, flat color, shading and render.

  • You will be sent an update for every stage.

  • You are allowed up to 2 free changes in the sketch stage.

  • Any great changes will have an extra charge.

  • The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 5 weeks - 7 weeks depending on many factors such as; health, order of commission, complexity or work.

  • If any of the things stated above occurs you will be notified asap.

  • Commissions have a size of 3000 x 3000 px and a resolution of 300 dpi.

  • Final product will be delivered through a google drive link to ensure quality.

IV. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

  • As the artist, I have the copyright of all my artworks.

  • I'm allowed post the art on my social media. (unless stated otherwise)

  • I'm allowed to use the art to promote myself with in any place or site.

  • As the commissioner, you are allowed to use the artwork for personal use.

  • You are allowed to print or reproduce the art in any form for personal use.

  • You are allowed to use the art to promote yourself with proper credit given to me, the artist.

A purchase of commercial rights to the artwork will always be 100% of original price.

  • With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.

  • You are allowed to use it in books, covers, as props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.

WILL DRAW

  • Fanart.

  • All ships (Any fandoms or pairings).

  • Original characters.

  • Monsters.

  • Soft and explicit NSFW.

  • Soft gore.

WON'T DRAW

  • Mechas.

  • Hate Speech.

  • Extreme scat/gore.

  • Anything I'm uncomfortable with.
